Founded by Shokichi Yamanaka and his Brew Master, the sake brewery relies on the super-pure water that is naturally filtered through the volcanic rock of Mt. The pristine spring water attracts many other brewers and serves as a crucial ingredient for their whisky production as well. The single-grain Japanese whisky Teitessa 25 years is matured in white oak casks before being bottled at 74 proof. It's a clean and bright spirit with a mellow sweetness and gentle aromas. Its refreshingly fruity finish will leave you craving another sip.

Tasting Notes
Mellow and gentle, the whisky opens with floral, caramel, and fruity aromas. It's velvety-smooth with melon, toasted oak, apple, oak, and sherry notes on the palate, culminating in a refreshingly bright and fruity finish.
