Refund policy

Alcohol sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, taste preference, unwanted gifts or products ordered by mistake, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective or different from what you ordered. Send your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item, shipping carton, internal packaging and carrier label. Keep the product and all packaging until we tell you the review is complete. Once verified, we may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund. The available remedy can depend on inventory, carrier findings and applicable law. Never ship alcohol back without written return instructions from us.

Cancellations

Request cancellation as soon as possible by contacting us. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packed or transferred to a carrier, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or redirected.

Failed age verification or unlawful destination

We may cancel an order if age cannot be verified, the recipient lacks valid identification, delivery is prohibited or the order otherwise cannot be lawfully completed. Any refund may be reduced by non-refundable carrier charges, return-to-sender fees or other costs resulting from failed delivery where permitted by law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we submit a refund, banks and card issuers commonly require 5-10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when required by law or when the return results from our error or verified carrier damage.
