These Terms of Service govern your use of tillosliquorstore.com and purchases from Tillos Liquor Store, operated by Tillo’s Liquorland LLC (“Tillos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL DRINKING AGE

You must be at least 21 years old to access alcohol-related portions of this website, purchase alcohol or receive an alcohol delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
• You are purchasing for personal use or as a lawful gift to another adult aged 21 or older.
• You will not provide alcohol to a minor.
• All information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.

We may request additional age or identity verification before processing an order.

ADULT-SIGNATURE DELIVERY

Alcohol can only be delivered to a recipient aged 21 or older.

The recipient must:

• Be physically present at the delivery address.
• Present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.
• Provide an adult signature to the carrier.

Alcohol packages cannot be left unattended, delivered to minors, placed in parcel lockers or delivered to PO boxes.

A carrier may refuse delivery if the recipient is under 21, appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable identification or does not satisfy applicable delivery requirements.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart or receiving an order-confirmation email does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit purchase quantities.
• Refuse or cancel an order.
• Correct pricing, description or inventory errors.
• Substitute updated packaging when the listed product remains materially the same.
• Discontinue products without notice.

Bottle design, labels, packaging, vintage and presentation may vary from photographs because manufacturers occasionally update their products.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we may contact you about an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.

PRICES, TAXES AND CHARGES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

The final checkout total may include:

• Adult-signature service charges.
• Other charges clearly disclosed before payment.

We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before fulfillment. If you do not accept the corrected price, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the complete order total.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not ask customers to email complete payment-card information.

An order may be delayed or cancelled when:

• Payment is declined.
• Billing information cannot be verified.
• Age or identity verification cannot be completed.
• The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
• The delivery destination is restricted.

A temporary authorization may appear on your account even when an order is later cancelled. The timing for releasing an authorization is controlled by your bank or card issuer.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance.

We accept an order when it has passed the necessary payment, inventory, age, identity, fraud and delivery-eligibility reviews.

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Orders that have been processed, packed or transferred to a carrier generally cannot be cancelled, redirected or modified.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We accept and fulfill alcohol orders only for destinations where shipment and delivery are permitted by applicable federal, state and local law.

A destination appearing during checkout does not override a legal restriction. If we determine that an order cannot be lawfully fulfilled, we may cancel it and refund the eligible amount.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by weather, carrier delays, legal restrictions, unsuccessful delivery attempts, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

FAILED DELIVERY

Someone aged 21 or older must be available to accept the shipment.

A delivery may fail because of:

• An unavailable adult recipient.
• Missing or unacceptable identification.
• An incorrect or incomplete address.
• Refusal of the shipment.
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
• A legally restricted destination.

Where permitted by law, non-refundable carrier fees, return-to-sender charges or reshipping costs caused by failed delivery may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment.

RETURNS, DAMAGE AND REFUNDS

Alcohol sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on taste preference, buyer’s remorse, unwanted gifts or products ordered by mistake, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Damaged or leaking.
• Defective.
• Different from the product ordered.
• Missing from the shipment.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the bottle, packaging, shipping carton and carrier label. Keep the product and all packaging while we review the claim.

Do not return or ship alcohol without written instructions from us.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund depending on inventory, carrier findings and applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers commonly require 5–10 business days to post a refund after it has been submitted.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, images, availability and website information accurate.

Occasional typographical, technical or inventory errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly and only by adults aged 21 or older.

Never drink and drive, operate machinery while impaired, provide alcohol to minors or consume alcohol in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the transaction may involve unlawful, unsafe or abusive conduct.
