Prices and charges
Unless stated otherwise, prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The final checkout total may include applicable taxes, shipping, adult-signature service and other disclosed charges.
Payment authorization
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the order total to be charged. A pending authorization may appear before final capture. Payment information is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers; we do not require customers to send complete card details by email.
Verification and declined payments
We may request billing, identity, age or fraud-prevention verification. An order may be placed on hold or cancelled when the payment method is declined, information cannot be verified or activity appears unauthorized.
Corrections, cancellations and refunds
We may correct pricing or checkout errors before fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment, the eligible amount is returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds may require 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.
