Nikka Miyagikyo Aromatic Yeast is an unpeated 95-proof single malt that was produced with yeasts that encouraged the development of fruity flavors and aromas, resuling in a malty whisky with layers of floral and fruity notes. Tasting Notes
The nose is malty with marshmallow, lavender, orchard fruit, vanilla, and hints of citrus. Look for herbaceous, fruity, and honey notes on the balanced palate. The finish is silky smooth and long with tea, a touch of salinity, and fruit.
