This one is a blend of wonderfully mature 7- to 14-year-old bourbons, along with a pair of younger 4-year-olds. Bottled at 115.8 proof, the unique blend is sweet on the nose with spice, caramel, and butterscotch. Look for warm spice, caramel, passionfruit, and citrus on the creamy palate.
